little about our Shipping Policy...
- We
ship Hope's all natural, preservative free (No Trans Fat)
cookies with one thing in mind — TO GET THEM TO YOU
FRESH!!!
- To
assure freshness, shipping service is based on destination.
- We
ship Monday through Thursdays
Orders placed Monday - Wednesday ship the next business day.
Orders placed Thursday ship on the following Monday.
- UPS
does not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses
Ground
Shipping
- We
ship UPS Ground only to States that delivery is one or
two business days. They are PA, NJ, DE, NY, MD, VA, DC, & CT.
- To
all other States in the Continental US we ship Second Day Air.
Second
Day Air Shipping (2 days in transit, not including the day the order is shipped)
- To
all other States in the Continental US (not in the one or two
day Ground Zone) we ship Second Day Air
- Second
Day Air Shipping is only an additional $6.00.
- Delivery takes two business days (not including the day the order is shipped). Example - Shipped Monday, delivered on Wednesday. If your order is received after UPS pickup, it will ship the following business day.

packages are usually processed within 24 hours, in the order in
which they were received. This might vary depending on volume but
