Yes, and we will do our best to accommodate you and make sure your shipment arrives in a timely manner.

We ship Nationwide Monday through Thursday. No shipping on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

11. How quickly is an order processed once placed on-line or over the
phone?
Orders are processed within 24 hours if placed on our shipping days (See FAQ 10 above.) Orders placed on Thursday will ship our next shipping day, the following Monday

Yes, in our Rosemont, PA retail location, but we do not ship our dough since it requires refrigeration.

Yes, or you can allow us to assort them for you by checking “assorted” when you get to that step during your ordering process.

20. What is your freshness guarantee?
We guarantee our cookies are shipped within a few hours after they are baked.

21. How do I know my order was received at your company online?
You will see a Thank You confirmation on your screen and UPS will send an email confirmation with the tracking number.

22. If I don't hear from the person I sent the cookies to, can I trace
the package?
Yes, simply go to UPS.com and enter the tracking number provided for you in the UPS confirmation e-mail. You can also always call 610-272-5056 and we will be more than happy to assist you.

All of our cookie packages are now on-line so we no longer print a brochure or catalogue.
