Back to Top 2. Do you give discounts for large orders? Yes, discounts are given during Christmas and the Holiday season; for orders of $500.00 or more and prepaid before December 1st. Back to Top 3. How long will Hope's Cookies retain their quality and freshness? If our cookies are stored in an airtight container or bag they should remain fresh tasting for 5 to 6 days. We do not use any preservatives and for most of our customers, once they taste our cookies this is really no problem since they don't last longer than a few days at most. Back to Top 4. How should I store the cookies I don't eat immediately? We don't suggest refrigeration; but, if you choose to do so; it will not lessen their taste. Back to Top 5. Can I freeze Hope's Cookies and thaw them out in a month or so? Yes, you can freeze them and thaw them out at a later date. A food saver device works best. Back to Top 6.
